Haha yeah I was just kind of using fun adjectives I don't really talk like that even though she is pretty bangin'

Thanks a lot for the support guys and thanks for the compliment Steven. I sort of had a plan but maybe I should just do it alone as was suggested. My Mom's mentioning of asking her over I could bring that up to My Mom and she could ask her over next time we both go and shes there. I could tell the 'rents to exit stage left at the right time (beforehand of course) and let her know it wasn't my Mom's idea for her to come over but mine. And that I think shes awesome and want to get to know her better. Or maybe I should just be a man and do this myself. What do you guy think is the better option? We have some time to brainstorm this

Surely that depends on whether she knows they're his parents.

If not, he could try instead "Oh my God, those people I was with the other day were so embarrassing. I'm glad my parents aren't anything like that!"

    Hi Robert, how are you?

    From the Sage Advice Department...

What should Jordan say if a female ever asks him the age-old question "Do these socks/hairdo/mittens make me look fat?"

    Just curious.

    Cheers,

"Oh my God, my parents were so embarrassing the other day" might not be a bad opening gambit. She might counter with, "You think your parents are bad...etc" and a conversation will develop.

But use your own judgement and give it a go, Jordan. Unless this thread is a wind-up, you are a very articulate young fellow with much to offer. If she gives you the bum's rush, chalk it down to experience and live to fight (and love) another day.

    Steve.

    Good advice, Steven.

Just relax and take it easy Jordan, you can do it.

    Best regards,

For God's sake, Jordan, make sure your parents are well and truly out of the picture when you make your move. Show her you are your own man! But do it courteously and show her the respect she deserves.

    Steve.

Wow, this thread has certainly exploded , I can't thank yall enough (ladies especially) for all your advice on the subject. I really, really appreciate it. I think it is a good sign she has given me her email address and she is soooooooooo fly. I went to eat Saturday and she was working. My parents eat with me there a lot and my Mom thinks shes awesome too and was going to ask her over to our house. (What do you guys think of this?) The only problem was a few minutes after this my parents got into an argment and my Mom went home so it didn't happen. BUt I think she'll be back to work Wednesday so I can see her then. She had her hair done soooooo cool she must have gone to the salon that day because it was epic. And shes spanish so she talks all sexy.... well i don't want to get off on a tangent. I'll keep you guys posted.

Just say 'The voices in my head told me to ask you for a date' or if she's a little bit 'big boned' say 'For a fat girl you don't sweat much'.

Bon, nous sommes d'accord....j'ai toujours associé le tourisme de masse à un viol collectif....mais c'est nous, pauvres Méditerranéens velus et bardés de jonquaille qui en sommes les victimes.
