All that has happened is that James Scobie has said that there is a prima facie case against him, and that basically means that on the face of things, the evidence involved would warrant a trial that suggests that the carman was guilty.

Again, you ignore that Scobie was given the accusatory evidence, not the exculpatory evidence.

The jury accepted the argument of self-defense and 'Capone,' who evidently has quite a following in the music world, was acquitted.

I was reading about one of Scobie's 2014 trials. He chose the strange legal strategy of telling the jury that his client, Yassin James, aged 19, was a "low-life toe rag" but "not a killer."

The jury didn't accept Scobie's defense and James was duly convicted of murder and is now in HMP Belmarsh, not eligible for release until he serves 37 years. He and his accomplices used a sawed-off shotgun and a machine gun in an attempt to kill rival gang members, but instead shot two innocent bystanders, killing a nursery school teacher who was also the mother of a small child.

Of course, even gangstas have the right to legal council, but Scobie seems to have found a peculiar niche, and no doubt a lucrative one--defending 'gangsta' rappers. He's not hiding it--his law firm advertises these 'successes' on their website.

the ole lech was innocent because a modern day lawyer who thinks theres enough circumstantial evidence to charge has rappers as clients defense! LOL. this really is spinning down the rabbit hole. talking about this nonsense for several pages and not one anti-lecher has congratulated or even mentioned Garys steller research on the pinchin/cats meat shop find. and one wonders why I im a lech apologist at best and an anti-anti-lecher? go figure.

Abby is spot on when speaking of the ripperological rabbit hole. But its the first time I’ ve seen a grizzly-sized rabbit…
