Sorry you're feeling a bit under the weather. I think I've got some news for you that is going to cheer you up. I'm very excited about it myself.

This morning Cissie and I were rummaging about in an old trunk we came across up here in the attic and you'll never guess what we found! No, you'll never guess. It's a very long shawl (or table runner) that is in excellent condition considering it's age. It's a browny colour with borders at each end in blue with Michaelmas daisies. I think it's made of silk so is pretty strong. We thought we could use it when we make our escape down the roof by tying it to one of the chimneys.
