    3 bullets = 3 cartridges = 3 shots = obviously no conspiracy.
And why would they have a second gunman so inept that he only got off one shot and missed the limo and everyone in it.

But when you apply the collective blind eyes and deaf ears in regard to evidence then it becomes obvious that it’s a conspiracy Fiver. Remember, we’re down the rabbit-hole on this subject. Never has such an effort been made to make black appear white.

The jury took 55 minutes on March 1, 1969, to find Clay Shaw not guilty.

On March 3, Garrison charged Shaw with perjury. Shaw applied to the District Court for an injunction against Garrison.

"The hearing lasted three days. The district court received fifty-five exhibits and heard eighteen witnesses on behalf of Shaw. Garrison offered no proof."

"On May 27, 1971, the district court issued a permanent injunction "restraining Jim Garrison, District Attorney for the Parish of Orleans, his assistants, employees, agents and all persons in active concert and participation with him from further prosecution of the pending criminal action entitled "'State of Louisiana v. Clay L. Shaw,' No. 208-260". 328 F. Supp. at 404. In a thoroughly considered opinion the experienced district judge made detailed findings of fact and conclusions of law. Characterizing the facts as "unique and bizarre", the court held: " [T]he perjury charge was brought in bad faith and for purposes of harassment . . . such bad faith constitutes irreparable injury which is great and immediate". 328 F. Supp. at 400. Thus, the court concluded that the "'special circumstances' requirements of Younger" were met and that Shaw was entitled to relief. 328 F. Supp. at 393."

Garrison had no interest in the truth.

        • Today is the anniversary of Samuel Byck's attack (1974). I've realized that I have been spelling his name "Beck"- possibly a subliminal influence by the recent movie (or more likely, just a faulty memory). My sincere apologies to the Byck family and anyone actually named "Beck".

Indeed. If I believed there was a conspiracy, I might well think that Garrison was part of the conspiracy, hired by whomever to invent a phony conspiracy to distract everyone's attention away from the real conspiracy.

In the grocery list of people that Garrison claimed were part of the Conspiracy, including NASA and Robert Kennedy, pro-Castro Cubans and Russians are notably absent.

And there are people around today that still take Garrison seriously. Sadly nothing can shake the faith for some.

"In fact, the Assassinations Committee had had a veritable feast on Lane's inaccuracies in the King case, from his published interview with Ray's alibi witness, who admitted to the committee that he told Lane a false story in hopes of gaining fame and fortune, to his allegations about the Memphis police removal of black police detective Ed Redditt, who turned out to be as much a police spy as a security guard, and whose removal from a watch post near the Lorraine Motel was apparently motivated by nothing more than fear of reprisal from King's people should they discover the spying." - Mother Jones magazine

"Lane was not one to be fastidious with data. The glaring errors and extravagances in some of his statements cast unfortunate doubt on the rest of them. He tantalized the Warren Commission with a story about a meeting a week before the assassination between Ruby, the slain police officer J. D.Tippit (killed shortly after Kennedy)and the man who printed up "Wanted for Treason" posters with JFK's picture on them. But the affidavits were never forthcoming." - Mother Jones magazine

Oliver Stone's blatant lies turned Garrison onto a hero. Not to mention editing out Garrison's more ridiculous ideas like it being "a homosexual thrill-killing" or Bobby Kennedy being part of the coverup.

Not to mention Garrion's 4th and 5th shooters. Between the amount of lead flying and the woeful marksmanship of Garrison's assassins, Dealey Palza should have ended up looking like a scene from a Peckinpah movie.
