Adults who ride push bikes far too small for them. Maybe an irrational irritation but it still counts...

I quite like making a pumpkin soup with the innards of the scraped out Halloween decoration.

          It's a once a year thing though.

It can’t be just you then Ms D. Where I live though we only use vegetables to accompany a kebab.

We used to grow them. I think the reason they're not common is as they grow like weeds - very quickly, taking over everything. This is why they're grown in huge patches. I reckon Britain is a bit small for this and we prefer other crops. Can't remember if I ate it but I'm sure I did.

My mother made pumpkun pie for Thanksgiving, but used the canned pumpkin. I like pumpkins in pies, but rarely have it otherwise. I'm in the US.

Ha! Up here cold chips are referred to as a Glasgow salad!

You'll be unsurprised to learn that the life expectancy isn't great in these parts!

There are a lot of recipes on the internet. Or failing that you can buy them. A lot of grocery stores here in the U.S. have them. People also sprinkle raw (store bought) seeds on salads. Very nutritious. They are also very big with baseball players here in the U.S.
