Maybe it's just me but, wouldn't most daughters move heaven and earth to get to court and speak up for their father if she truly believed he was innocent?
This Ivanka keeps coming up with excuses why she shouldn't have to appear. First it was she has no connections to the Trump business, which was a lie.
Then she said she is not a resident of New York, she lives in Florida, so the Judge has no jurisdiction over her, which was false.
Now, she says Nov. 8th is a school-day, and she's a Mom so will be too busy.

Trumps are all about delaying tactics, so she's just carrying on in the family tradition. Unless she home-schools her little darlings, there's no reason why "a school day" should make her "busy."
Did anyone call her out on the two previous excuses being lies? (That's a Trump family tradition, too!)
