So now Trump has fled the jurisdiction of New York, and flown to Florida.
Apparently, he was expected to turn up in court in Florida on 3rd Oct. but used the N.Y. court sentencing (it's not a trial), as his excuse not to be present on 3rd Oct. in Florida.
Now the 3rd has passed he flees back to Florida in anticipation of the rescheduled date on the 9th.
Ducking & Weaving, delay, delay, delay.....
He has five days to dream up another excuse to avoid the 9th court date now.
    Regards, Jon S.

        No, thats all off now.
Trump has withdrawn his accusation against his ex-lawyer Michael Cohen. The document says "without prejudice", which I am told means he can return in the future and renew the accusation. The Florida trial is off, at least for the present.
Back in New York his lawyers are singing like canaries, with Trump out of the room.

TRUMP CO-DEFENDANT KENNETH CHESEBRO STRIKES PLEA DEAL WITH GEORGIA PROSECUTORS Charlie Gile and Katherine Doyle, reporting for NBC News from Atlanta:
Trump campaign legal adviser Kenneth Chesebro struck a deal with prosecutors from the Fulton County, Georgia, district attorney’s office in its 2020 election interference case on Friday.

Chesebro, who was charged alongside Donald Trump and more than a dozen other codefendants with attempting to delay the transfer of power after the 2020 election, was scheduled to stand trial this week. He accepted the offer as jury selection was underway on Friday, after 450 potential jurors had completed a lengthy questionnaire on what would be asked. He had rejected an earlier deal late last month.

Standing beside his attorney in court, Chesebro pleaded guilty to a felony count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents and agreed to testify in the case as part of the deal.

The Trump attorney faces five years probation, a $5,000 fine, 100 hours of community service, and must continue to provide documents and evidence to the state, according to the terms of the deal.

Yesterday crackpot Sidney “The Kraken” Powell flipped. Today, with Chesebro, they flipped a cooperating witness who isn’t nuts. Prosecutors offer probation only when they’re building a stronger case to send those higher up in the conspiracy to prison. If Rudy Giuliani has any sense he’ll flip next. And old Trumpy is ****ed. It’s only a question of which prison sentences he’s going to serve in which order.

Jenna Ellis now as well. she makes it lawyer number 4 after Cohen, Kraken-lady Sydney Powell and Ken Cheseboro. They were all confronted with the pre-trial evidence against them and, together with their own lawyers, concluded that the evidence is stacked against them. However, I'm getting annoyed with amount of probation deals the Fulton County DA is handing out. These people knew full well what they were doing. They lied about the outcome of an election and attempted to deny the democratic will of the people even by force if neccessary. I said it before and I say it again: There are numerous countries on this planet, right know, where what they have done would earn them an appointment with the rope. Now, I'm not advocating for executions here (in fact, I believe that capital punishment itself is wrong IN ALL CASES and there is no place for it in any civilised society), but here we have the other end of the spectrum.

Many of these people deserve to go to jail for a long time. In particular, to serve as a warning to others who may try to pull similar stunts next year.

It might be the sweeter deals will result in better evidence against their former client. I’m hoping so.

This wily Texan was complaining about all the corrupt Republican politicians in Texas, he said he is delighted that Cheese & Krackers (Chesebro & Kraken-Powell) have been forced to flip.

Political news was never so entertaining.

Turning States' Evidence in the Georgia case doesn't get them off the hook for anything the might have been charged with on the DC case, the Florida case, or he New York case.

Dramatic twist on the Trump fraud case. After returning from a break, the judge called Trump to the witness stand. Apparently he felt Trump's comments during the break violated the gag order the judge had given him about discussing the case. He issued a hefty fine. Trump was later seen leaving the courtroom.

Isn't the Meidastouch (www.meidastouch.com) just excellent for keeping us updated on all the court cases Trump has got himself embroiled in.
For those who don't know, this is presented by seasoned lawyers who take the time to explain all the intricacies of what the prosecution & Judges are doing, and the games that are being played by Trumps team, and where their plans are headed.
It's becoming pretty apparent Trump will eventually end up relying on the Supreme Court to save is ass. If not he is heading for a very long time in the Big House, not the White House.

I have just recently started following the Meidastouch account on Instagram. They are very good at informing people of what is happening.

Coming up soon: Trump's three eldest children will testify in the courtroom.

And Chris Christie said Trump will have a difficult time coming back from testimony in March by his former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows that "yes, I did bad things at the direction of Mr. Trump. " I think he was speaking in connection to election denial and the January 6th insurrection.
