His testimony contradicts the conclusions reached by the Warren Commission.

Great find George , just goes to show just what a sham the the whole "Oswald killed Tippit" scenario was .

Had Oswald lived and stood trial for the murder of tippet he most certainly would have walked free based on all this circumstancial evidence and very little to suggest that Oswald was even there when Tippit was shot..

I quoted Clint Hill's testimony, something which to the best of my recollection you have never done.

He testified that he saw a wound to Kennedy's back about six inches below the neckline, that the back right of Kennedy's head was missing, and that he found a large piece of skull in the back of the limousine.

His testimony backs up my contentions that the bullet that hit Kennedy in the back - necessarily at a downwards angle - could not have gone on to exit the front of his throat, that Kennedy must have received a shot to the head from in front of him, and that the photograph (sometimes described as a drawing) of the back of Kennedy's head, showing it intact, must have been faked.

It completely contradicts the Warren Commission Report about the forensic evidence.

Taken together, the testimonies of Markham and Benavides suggest that the shooting took place at about 1.10 p.m.

Connally heard the shot that hit the President AFTER the President had actually been hit, and at a time when he himself had not been hit, and that, as he pointed out, means that they were definitely hit by separate bullets.

Bullets normally travel faster than the speed of sound, so hearing the shot after JFK was hit proves nothing.

Connally believing he was hit after JFK has more than one explanation. It could mean that they were hit by separate bullets. Or it could mean that Connally misperceived or misremembered the timing of the shots.

To tell which is correct, we need to look at the evidence.

Connally's clothing and the size of the wound to his back shows that the bullet was tumbling when it struck him in the back. Connally's clothing also showed no signs of bullet wipe. Those both show hat the bullet that struck Connally in the back had passed through another object first.

Analysis of the Zapruder film shows the front of Connnaly's jacket bulging out at frame 224.

You still have not explained how a bullet entering Kennedy's back at a downwards angle, six inches below the neckline, could have exited the front of his throat, let alone gone on to hit Connally.

'Harman and Norman did not pass through the domino room shortly before the assassination. Norman's testimony is that he and Jarman went outside around 12:00 to 12:10. Jarman's testimony is that he re-entered the building with Harold Norman between 12:20 and 12:25, then took the elevator up to the 5th floor.'

I think this is accepted by everyone. The issue at hand is whether they were seen, or indeed could have been seen by Oswald at this time, something Fritz's curt notes fail to answer. The LG advocates prefer to make this a 'ghost sighting' from earlier in the lunch break since the alternative provides Oswald with a good alibi.

We know (well, from Fritz's notes) that Oswald claimed to be in the Domino Room at the time of the assassination; however according to the FBI investigator Oswald said he had lunch in the Lunch Room which might explain why nobody saw him in the Domino Room. He told Piper, the janitor on the 1st floor, that he was going up for lunch. Carolyn Arnold thought she caught sight of him there around 12.15 but she was not called by the WC.

"I asked him what part of the building he was in at the time the president was shot, and he said that he was having his lunch about that time on the first floor. Mr. Truly had told me that one of the police officers had stopped this man immediately after the shooting somewhere near the back stairway, so I asked Oswald where he was when the police officer stopped him. None of these versions match Carol Arnold's 1978 story of seeing Oswald in the second floor lunchroom. None of the women who ate lunch in the second floor lunch room support Arnold's story. None of these women were short black men.

In the Holmes version, Oswald was on an upper floor and only came down to the second floor after the shooting. This version matches with Charles Given's testimony and gives Oswald no alibi.

In the other versions, Oswald claims to have eaten lunch in the first floor lunchroom.

In one version, Oswald claims to have eaten lunch after the shooting. This version gives him no alibi.

In the other three versions, Oswald was in the first floor lunch room, either alone or with two of the black employees. Their testimony contradicts Oswald - one didn't see him and the other didn't eat lunch in the domino room that day. Oswald also fails to mention Danny Arce, Tony West, and Jack Dougherty. All of them testified to eating lunch inside the domino room and to not seeing Oswald there.

So take your pick. In some version Oswald has no alibi. In other versions it's either Oswald is lying or Arce, Dougherty, West, Jarman, and Harmon were lying.

The only version that is supported by other witnesses puts Oswald alone on an unspecified floor somewhere above the second floor.

Two witnesses, Helen Markham and Barbara Jeanette Davis, testified that the jacket worn by the murderer was noticeably darker than the one allegedly discarded by Oswald, and that the murderer wore a lighter shirt than Oswald's.

Mrs Markham told Mark Lane that the killer was short and had slightly bushy hair.

Acquilla Clemons described the murderer as short with bushy hair.

Patrolman Roy W. Walker radioed a description of the killer which included his having wavy hair.

Domingo Benavides said the assassin had curly hair, which needed cutting, and a ruddy complexion.

William Smith testified that the murderer had dark hair.

Barbara Jeanette Davis and William Smith testified that the killer wore a sport jacket.

Mr. HILL. The right rear portion of his head was missing. It was lying in the rear seat of the car. His brain was exposed. There was blood and bits of brain all over the entire rear portion of the car. Mrs. Kennedy was completely covered with blood. There was so much blood you could not tell if there had been any other wound or not, except for the one large gaping wound in the right rear portion of the head.

The Lunch Room was on the 2nd floor where Oswald claimed to be and was sighted, possibly by Mrs Arnold at around 12.15. She said he was at his own as was normal for him. The motorcade was planned to pass the TSBD at this time. Oswald, the laziest assassin known to world history, was eating his lunch on the 2nd floor. Cool guy.

Oswald later said, although the time was no recorded, that he saw two employees enter through the Domino Room which is one floor below the Lunch Room. So according to his own testimony he must have have moved from the 2nd to the 1st floor. Yet astonishingly and for reasons no WC advocate can ever explain, Oswald managed to tag two other employees who walked through the Domino Room. (At 12.23 by the way) How he managed this is inexplicable unless he was actually there, which I assume he was.

So Oswald is time barred from being the assassin of either JFK or Tippit He. was actually a double patsy.
