    Hello (again) Jim.

"I am sure I have read somewhere on here recently a statement regarding the manner in which Stride was cut and the officials/dr's opinions on her positioning when the neck wound happened"

You did indeed. That was Dr. George Bagster Phillip's take.

As an alternative, have a go at Dr. Blackwell and his 2-3 second thesis.

    Cheers.

    • Hello Lynn do you think that she was subdued prior to having her throat cut?

If yes do you think the killer used two hands?

Impossible to say yes or no to either definitively I know but whats your opinion?

I think the answers to these questions are very relevant ion relation to the initial posters question regarding Dimshits arrival.

And I can't argue with your idea regarding the location as no facts are available to disprove your idea but what I will say is that in my opinion if you were going to try and set up the people in the club via a murder that makes the location even dicier.

And Lynn could you point me in the direction of Blackwells take on things thanks

        Hello (yet again) Jim.

"And in my mind relating to the killing itself I feel that whoever subdued her would have used two hands. Do people agree she was subdued prior to the neck cut? And if yes that this in all likelihood required the killer to use two hands?"

But see my re-enactment in which one hand is used.

        Cheers.

          Hello Miakaal.

"Was this a men only place by the way?"

          No, women could attend.

"But her appearence could also mean that she wanted to attract a customer, and was waiting outside the club because she knew lots of half drunk dudes would be coming out, feeling the itch."

Unfortunately (no pun intended), they were impoverished anarchists--for the most part.

          Cheers.

          • Hello yet again Lynn lol Where would I find your reenactment? So your of the opinion he did subdue her, with one hand, then inflicted the neck wound?

Irrespective of the details though do you think he was interrupted/disturbed?

              Hello Christer.

"One thing that relates to this is that all victims had their necks cut to the bone - save Stride."

Slight correction. Kate was cut to the cartilage.

              Cheers.

                Hello (yet again) Jim.

"feel free to correct me if I am wrong, that the timing suggests it was Dimshits approach that disturbed the killer."

If Liz was cut at 12.45--as per the "Arbeter Fraint" article, and Dimshits emerged at 1.00 . . . well, it would require a 15 minute reverie to fit.

What about an interruption at the side door? No evidence for such, but surely it fits better?

                Cheers.

                  Hello (yet again) Jim.

"I am no medical expert and for all I know blood could still flow 15 minutes after the wound was inflicted?"

Please to recall that her carotid was not severed as Polly and Annie's were.

                  Cheers.

Hello (yet again) Jim. I agree that it was planned, but why NOT a cut throat in rage?

                        Cheers.

                          Hello (yet again) Jim.

My take is here, post #1.

Dr. Blackwell's ideas should be in the inquest material. Have you Evans and Skinner's "Ultimate Companion"?

                          Cheers.

                            Hello Jim. Thanks.

"Irrespective of the details though do you think he was interrupted/disturbed?"

Emphatically, no. No reason to assume such--unless we have already made the assumption that mutilation was intended.

                            Cheers.

Well, could it be done on credit? (heh-heh)

                              • Lynn I just watched your youtube reenactment of your take on what happened and must say it's plausible nothing about it says it couldn't have happened that way to me. I just can't fathom why such a random killing would happen but I suppose that's a mystery that will never be solved.

And why not a cut throat in rage? Well there is no reason but I think your reenactment is a good example, to my mind anyway, that if this was premeditated to kill with such efficiency does not seem like the actions of someone in a rage. And if things went down differently to how you suggested then to be in a rage and cut someones throat in such a manner that leaves them on the ground with no trace of blood on the wall seems very unlikely to me.

An interruption at the side door is possible agreed. I just think the timing and Dimshits finding the body fits the scenario I have in my head but I suppose that's the salient point here my idea is just in my head!
