This hardcover book with dustjacket is titled London's East End Life and Traditions written by Jane Cox in 1994. The book has 192 pages and includes lots of great vintage black & white pictures. Gives the complete history of this area of London. Only sold in UK. Original price on dustjacket is 15.99 pounds
The book is in very good used condition. Strong spine. No rips. Only minor wear on the dustjacket.

London Hospital
I don't know if anyone would be interested, but I found this print on ebay. It's of the London Hospital--1876--with the Queen's visit to the East End depicted. It's nice, actually.

Unfortunately this is not a magazine, which is extremely rare, but a bound copy of Punch. I have several for sale if anyone's interested. I also have individual cartoons for sale if wanted. All genuine of course.Comment

Hi Philip,
Yes, I must admit my Punch was very cheap too. I found it in a bookshop in Lymington a few years back, July 1887 to June 1889 (the volume I mean, not when I was in the shop
). It was alongside one other volume from different years going for the same price, so presumably the seller didn't attach any significance to the dates.
