It's a civil suit, which means it gets around the seven-year expiriation period on most criminal trials. Trump has no plans to attend, claiming he didn't do it, and she's not his "type" anyway. If he got sacked, he was sacked for the embarrassing comments that came to light in the course of discovery where he was shitting all over Fox news.
