It’s free and you can just follow a guide on a tour in places all over the world (UK included) The tours last for 45 mins to an hour and you can leave a tip for the guide if you want to. It’s great if you have an hour with nothing to do. I was walking around Monmatre last night and I’ve ‘been’ to Portugal, Canada, London, Oxford, Venice and a great one in Dublin based on the Easter Rising.

Just select a tour and off you go. You have an option to leave a tip if you want to. They will ask you to review the guide but that’s not compulsory either. It’s great.

It’s brilliant Barn. I just did a tour of the Dean Village in Edinburgh which is a UNESCO world heritage site. A village built by a mill owner. You’ve probably heard of it Barn, I can’t recall if you’re Scottish but I seem to remember you mentioning a link to Scotland? I’m off to Naples at 5.00 I think.

By the way, the friend of mine that recommended it is from the States and she gets a charge from her bank added to each tip (not sure how much but it’s not a lot) i’ve just checked with my bank and no charges have been added.

Just your name and email address, they send you an email and ask you to click a link in the email to confirm your application.
