Trump has been telegraphing his game plan for months. This is no shocker. Let the virus spread, slow the mail, claim late ballots shouldn't be counted.

Ultimately, I don't think it will work. Due to the way big cities have a back log on election night, it swings hard left at the very end. I don't think Trump has a path to victory. He's losing Nevada, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and that alone gives Biden 270.

Dark horse: 10% chance Nancy Pelosi will be POTUS in January, while the courts still fight it out. Trump will lose, but that might be the best of all outcomes for him; he can start up his own version of Fox News and be able to work the same ol' grievance schtick that got him here in the first place.

I admit I had to google Horst Wessel and I have actually never heard of that story but it fits the whole shtick they were doing at the time. Seems that the brownshirt messed with the wrong guy one day....

There have been many Horst Wessels in the Trump administration already. Sherriff Arpaio, Dinesh D'Souza, Roger Stone, Michael Flynn and a few more are probably to follow. In fact I think today is just the start of the maddest period in american history with a flailing, raging monster on wheels of a president. He won't accept, he will just spend the next 80 days smashing up stuff and sticking up the finger to the country. At least, Susan Collins can continue to take her seat in the Senate and continue to be "very disappointed in the president"....
