    I think Dan Farson thought he'd solved it as well. Might be a little off topic, but it reminded me - check this out for a laugh. Just recently I ordered a second hand copy of Howells & Skinner's "The Ripper Legacy" off Ebay, it came from the UK, and right at the very end of the book, squeezed in with handwriting below the final paragraph, was this from some anonymous person:

    "Druitt wasn't killer.
    It was Walter Sickert - he was sexually deformed, collected uniforms (remember the soldiers who could not be traced,) had bolt holes in area. Used disguises - had been an actor. Painted prostitutes, etc."

    Well, i'm convinced, how about you?

    Anyway, yes, good luck once again Corey (and any other aspiring young researchers) - age isn't a factor and don't let the nay-sayers tell you otherwise.

      Hi Corey,
      My idea about you was that you were either in your early 20s and British, or late 20s and American (I hope the Americans won't get offended by this!), and 17 comes as a relative surprise. But it's the coolest age ever.
      I'm in my 30s (and yesterday was my birthday), and I wish I'd stayed 27 forever. It's the perfect age, if you ask me.
      The best of luck with your essay in Examiner 5, and I'll PM you one of these days. Now I gotta eat, or I'm about to die...

          Hi Corey,
          thanx so much for the birthday wishes. I actually HATE having my birthday, but the little bash yesterday was OK. (And it lasted until 6.00 a.m., although we were just sitting around, watching old '70s/'80s rock videos and movies on YouTube.) As for eating, too beat to cook now, but I'll have the rest of the chocolate cake.

            I don't think I would be talking on here nor publishing the type of essay that will be published(again hopefully) if I weren't a bit more mature than the average 17 year old. Agree?

              Agree. Although I've met a couple VERY mature 17 and even 15 year olds. (And some extremely immature 50 year olds.)

                          Never confuse intelligence with maturity. People can be extremely intelligent, and not terribly mature. Like serial killers

                          Personally, I would be terribly disappointed If an extremely intelligent 17 year old matured too quickly. The very smart have so little youth as it is. And quite frankly, going out and making dumb teenage mistakes is what teaches us the most about the world around us. Like why siphoning gas is a terrible idea. Or that 12 of you picking up a car and moving it three spaces over can in fact all be charged with car theft. Even when it's a VW bug, and you couldn't fit everyone inside, much less steal it.

                          So go out and conduct a car alarm symphony and get yourself grounded. You've earned it.
                          The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

                            Hello Errata,

                            Of course but I believe that getting myself grounded would only inhibit me from writing my essay and talking on here. Also, who is to say that I am in the possition to get grounded?

                            I have a job and am rarely at my "home" but rather at a home away from home( and not car picking theft by the way).

                            Also, I hope you are not accusing me of serial murder! I would not like to be one, trust me, of coarse, living in tennessee, so much road kill.....I wounder

                            Anyhow, you are right, and I have made my fair share of dumb decisions such as dating the same women three times(to my dissapointment and regret) or trying cigaretts and what not.
