Bad loss to Richmond... guess it is about time to write another season off.... oh well.. we will make the finals again some day....

Anyone else enjoying the season so far.. and any finals predictions?

Only one game to go now... Should be an amazing Grand Final.....sad my Lions didn't make it (again) but a much better season... next year they will be there!!!

Any thoughts on who will win? I myself can not see Hawthorn dropping this game... even if they did have a very bad 3rd 1/4 againstthe Crows...they came back stong in the 4th, even if they were not at 100%... I am picking the Hawks.

Well... not the best start for the boys from Brisbane... but I am still looking foward to seeing them play this week ( It isnt often I get to watch a Brisbane game living in the USA and all.)

10-11... a bit better than last season.. and a 1 point loss to Geelong (who I think will be grand champions this season) to end it all... not too bad... not good enough for Voss to return i fear... but I am proub of the boys.... I hope you all enjoyed the season.. and finals time should be fun!

Ok.. new season.. same look for my Lions!!! I can take the Hawthorn and Geelong losses but the Gold Coast thrashing really hurts!!!! Still, I am happy to see the season start (I know strange for an American to be such a big AFL fan…but I am)

Anyone else looking forward to the season…anyone new want to talk about their team.. or just Footy in general would love to hear from you.

I really like watching International Rules, if you've ever seen it.

A very easy game to understand is aussie rules football as long as you remember that to score you have to divide the circumference of the moon by Thursday if it's Tuesday than that had to be Saturday.Now if a foul is called by the referee and its on a 45 degree angle than if there is an octopus in the nearest ocean than providing its mother wasn't born on the dreaded Tuesday in the case of a leap year Sunday than the player is sent of only untill the fractions are divided equally..It's all very easy to understand really I don't know why people say they can't understand it ....simplicity.

Well, you are both right... it is Wednesday.. but it CAN be tuesday if there was a lunar eclipse...see.. it is so simple!!! unlike lets say cricket (truth be told I have tried and tried to understand that game... but I cant.. how can a game last 3 days!!!!).....

go Blues eh.. well in week 11 Brisbane will thump ya... so sad I cant even write that with a straight face... the Lions are soooo bad

not my 1st sport either.. I am a boxing guy first... then Baseball (which I know nobody outside of America-Latin America and Japan understands ) then Aussie Rules...
