    My Haka against the diary.

    Howdy Bailey,
No, not being harsh at all at saying that in this case.
Feldman knew me and he knew I was a risk
that was too close for his comfort.
I was the only one to know of the Australian connection
    (that has spoken out anyway)
and I was a personal friend of the original hoaxer, Steve Park
    for many years.
If Feldman's heart gave out because of the diary, as some say,
it was from trying to keep together the bunch of lies that he tied together,
that he knew I could undo and spill.
If you think I am self-important, that's your opinion.
I'm way beyond that ego fill.

(Love the Haka at the Rugby, tell them never to lose it.
No wonder Captain Cook took a shot at them,
they must have scared the britches off the sailors.)

Has anyone noticed that I am still a 'Cadet' here
    and only have 47 posts?
Have I been lost in the mix?

Now that's a little bit harsh, don't you think? And possibly a little self-important, too.

    Excursion descent into Carolines depths.

    Caroline said:
"A 'decent' human being doesn't wait for Feldy to die and then start claiming that he masterminded the creation of the diary and watch when he knows it's pure fantasy."
I don't really think you know what decent means
to be proclaiming your snide remarks about me to the troopers here.
A decent being doesn't create a history book of lies such as the diary,
or any other book for that matter.
For your information, which you should know already, is that
I attempted to contact Feldman in 1999/2000.
I asked Shirley Harrison on the phone to let me speak to him
but she said he was not well and maybe would not survive.
If his heart was irregular after hearing that I was on his trail,
that is his own guilt coming around.
However, his apparent demise in Watford in May of 2005,
had still given him 5 years to contact me
and find out what the hell I was talking about.
Don't you think that someone with Feldman's reputation
as one that leaves nothing undone concerning the case,
would have bothered to find out a little bit more?
I was not waiting for anyone to die to use them as an excuse,
like the fraudsters have done with Devereux or Billy Graham.
The fantasy is all yours and all of those that are
trying to keep my information under the rug.
You are a blight on truth and in no way 'decent'.
Get a real life with some truth in it girl.

    I have no idea, Mike.

But then the good peeps at Ripperologist have no idea whether Powell has a book. So my analogy fits even better than I thought.

    Victoria,

If he doesn't even know it's pure fantasy then you should be a decent human being and get your friend a check up from the neck up before he does himself any further mischief.

Still in no mood for this rubbish I'm afraid.

Let's get that absolutely straight. It's going to be piffle from start to finish and I doubt it will even have any comedy value.

I'm afraid I'm not in the mood for Powell's piffle today - personal reasons, but it shouldn't take much working out.

    Hi Caz,

Let's get this absolutely straight .. you cannot possibly know the value
of his work before reading it .. your comments are just assumptions .. which have
no value, not even of the comedy type.

It would be nice if you showed some generosity of spirit to a decent human being
    and ... fellow author.

    love,
    Victoria

"This book will send shockwaves through the community of ‘Ripperologists' "

    Ooh, shockwaves! Brace yourselves, folks!

In all seriousness, and with due respect, I'll look forward to reading it. I'd been planning on revisiting the Diary "trilogy" soon, so this can round it all off - almost like Star Wars, we get to go to the beginning and get the backstory. Steve, I hope you don't let us down as badly as Lucas did... But congrats on the imminent publication anyhoo.
