One of the things that amused me about Americans when I lived in the USA was their use of 'bathroom' as a euphemism. Do the words 'toilet', 'lavatory', 'WC' and that wonderfully descriptive French word 'pissoir' really cause embarrassment? Even in 2016?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

"Transgender" shouldn't even be a thing.

I agree it is getting out of control. Did you hear about a woman in a Walmart ladies room who was verbally insulted and told to get out by another woman, who apparently mistook her for a man? The first woman was confused, then realized it was her short hair and baseball cap that led the second woman to take her for a man who identified as a woman.
People are losing sense of public boundaries, if you ask me.

People are absolutely going off the deep end with this whole bathroom thing. I mean are there bathrooms somewhere where you go to pee and there are a thousand transgendered people waiting to get in? These are bills designed to protect those who want to engage in discrimination against gay people. The bathroom thing is simply a diversion to hid the real intent.
