Forensics matched the gun to the used shells discarded by the gunman and to the bullets that killed Officer Tippet.

    Oswald cannot be a patsy.
Like i said ''Concrete' not ' circumstancial, contradictory , of plain false and made up theory like the W.C LIE.

Thanks for the limited response, Lock.
Hanlon's razor variant: Any sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice.
There is sufficient malice that is evident to me. if a person is on the other side of the grassy knoll fence, it will likely always be insufficient. I don't expect to change the opinion of others.
I will offer examples of Warren Commission malfeasance, when i have time to discuss Ruby.

Not a single person inside the TSBD remembered seeing Oswald running from the building.

Importantly, there was a single person outside who said the suspect ran from the TSBD with a rifle.
This lie of a description of 5' 10" 165 POUND "Oswald" is the basis of the police log statement
that is supposedly the reason Tippet stopped Oswald
DPD Sergeant Gerald Hill describes the scene of the Tippet shooting..." we found a squad car parked against the right or the south curb on 10th Street, with a pool of blood on the left-hand side of it near the side of the car. (Officer) Tippit had already been removed. The first man that came up to me, Sgt Hill said, "The man that shot him was a white male about 5'10", weighing 160 to 170 pounds, had on a Jacket and a pair of dark trousers, and brown bushy hair."

ID:	855552 The first listing I found with the false 5' 10" information is this FBI memo written when Fain interviewed Marguerite Oswald. The Army base in San Antonio sent this STRIKEFORCE memo on Nov 26th, filled with lies crafting a communist identity for Oswald, whose name is Harvey Lee Oswald, a 5' 10" chairman of the non-existent Dallas FPCC.

This is the CIA in house Memo on the Mystery Man written by Elsie Scaleti for Mexico City station.
The previously submitted memo written on the same day labeled ROMAN does not list height or weight
This Memo describes the Mystery Man as -- you guessed it--- 5' 10' 165 lbs and wavy hair.
"Probably Identical" is used, seems a bit stronger than "Maybe Identical"
