Del Toro was fantastic as Freddie Fenster, in the Usual Supsects, a really dark crook, with an equally dark past!

The second he speaks in that movie sends shivers down my spine. I don't think they will let Hugo do bullet time in Victorian London.

Hugo Weaving (as Aberline) is likely to kick Benicio Del Toro's ass several times before the Wolfman is finally bludgeoned to death by an elderly Sir Anthony Hopkins.

    Can't wait.

I am a big horror movie fan, and love the monster movies of old, so when I heard it was on the way I was quite excited. Del Toro is quite a dark actor and has a brooding intensity that will hopefully play out in the film.

The unusual step they have taken is naming Hugo Weaving's charector, Aberline, and not Abberline, hopefully to avoid any slur's against the real Abberline! I just hope that he isn't portrayed as some sort of junkie, psychic drunk!

And like I said, I will always help and supprt the podcasts, health permitting. You have done a great service to the community and brought people together, that would not have come together had it not being for you.

    Thanks Mike,

Your info on the new Wolfman movie with Benicio Del Toro vs. Abberline was especially welcome. I had seen screen shots but had no idea that they were incorporating JtR into the Wolfman plot. Thanks as always for being a part of the show, from episode 1 on...

Since the worldwide disaster that was Apple's MobileMe/iPhone 3G roll-out, every single webpage hosted by what was dotmac is now experiencing major problems. In the case of the podcast's site, this comes in the form of all 21 episodes not appearing at all. You can still download episodes from iTunes, but what this means when I attempt to publish today's podcast I do not know.

I will try to upload todays show as normal and hope that it appears in everyones feed. If not, then I may wait it out and hope Apple corrects the glitch and in the meantime upload the show to the podcast's public folder and post a link to it on this thread. I'll update the situation...

That being said, today's podcast will feature the talent behind the best Ripper film site on the web, Cindy Collins Smith from www.hollywoodripper.com.

We thank Cindy for agreeing to come on the show today!

    Stay tuned...

As Apple rolls out its 'MobileMe' upgrade to dotmac in the next few days, my website, hosted with my dotmac, will experience downtime (like right now).

Please bear with it and all should be better than normal by this weekends episode.

    Thanks for listening.
