He's not likely to have stepped in blood between her legs. That's one 'as far as I can tell', one 'might not', one 'may', one 'may not', and a 'depending on.' Sounds about par for the course in working things out in Ripperology. However, Killeen did give his estimate of time of death as 2.30 a.m. and I would presume that he had more to work on in giving that estimate than you do Rob. Also this timeline puts a soldier in the close vicinity of where Tabram's body was found much more conclusively than Connelly's last sighting of her going 'up George Yard' with the private at 11.45 p.m., which is the time usually quoted by those who do not wish Tabram's killer to be an unknown soldier.
