we should not forget J Hutchinson, daughter in law to Toppings brother who joined this site , only to be frowned upon .

The casebook community does a good job poking holes at faulty research and misleading books. I am grateful in particular for the work involved in dispelling 'DNA based theories' like Cornwell's and the one centered on the Eddowes' shawl. I don't have the necessary background to assess the 'scientific' evidence presented so the community was really helpful here....

On the other hand, sometimes the gate-keeping can be a little heavy handed and the boundaries of civility are often crossed... so I am one of those that is disappointed that Fiona ran off so to speak.

Has there been any news or updates in the intervening years? Has anyone else from her family reached out?

As an aside, does anyone know the casebook handle for the daughter in law of Topping's brother? I would like to read her posts.
