It certainly IS revealing if so, and whats more throws the whole question of MJK/Hutch out in the open.
The mere MENTION that Hutchinson LIVED WITH Mary Kelly... that is startling, imho.

It's a good find Phil, I suppose now all we need to do is trace it to it's source, and yes, quite startling.

    if you go to http://eastlondonhistory.com/murder-in-medieval-london

it looks as though you can get to your index,

suggesting:For more detail on the grisly history of the East End in general and Stepney in particular, go to the excellent http://website.lineone.net/~fight/Stepney/index.html

but I haven't yet found a way to get there.

    How did you find this?

    Thanks,

I myself have strong reasons to believe the Sax Rohmer story... Commercial Road... Long limousine... And then appears Mr King in his astrakhan coat...
The very birth of my master Dr Fu Manchu.

It was in the thread "Alias Fleming and Hutch", from memory, I'd say 2005 or 2006...J'ai encore les poils qui se dressent en pensant au post de Sam Flynn...believe me...
Actually, at that time, Fleming was said to have moved in August... Last year it has been corrected (by Scott Nelson I think), and September seems more likely.

    Hi,
That site has to be a hoax, planted there for someone to see a significance in a well touted name, and once again get the ball rolling.
Hutchinson was Topping, aged 22 years in 1888, he was not a ex lover of Kellys, just a mate, he was not a killer, a ex lover, a pimp, mugger, etc etc, he was simply a young man bewildered with events that happened on commercial street in the early hours of friday 9th November 1888, and after some deliberation decided to put himself in a dodgy situation by reporting to the police on the eve of the 12th.
    Its that simple.
Hutchinson was not a alias of Fleming, that man was a seperate individual.
How do I come to such a confident conclusion?
Because as you know, I have strong reasons for believing the Hutch story, unlike any other Casebook member.
    Regard s Richard.

    David,

I know...and that has given the whole thing an extra tingle. When was the Fleming thing discovered again?

    David,

I have tried all ways of getting into that site, just get a 404 up... I will try again tomorrow..by phone perhaps.

That website is way too tempting. And the info...well... that's too good to be true.

Knowing my luck, it'll be a false lead..so I have no hopes!
