Joseph Issacs was reported by Mary Cusins. He matched the astrakhan description. He was arrested in December but apparently was in jail at the time of Kelly's murderer. So police seemed to be arresting people matching Hutchinson's description.Bona fide canonical and then some.

is there anything documented that Isaacs in particular or any other men in general were arrested later on because they specifically matched hutches suspect?"Is all that we see or seem

Batman: Hutchinson was accompanied by Abberline for several days searching for the man. So during that time Abberline would almost have certainly been asking him questions and yet in all that time is fooled by Hutchinson?
To begin with, Abberline would not have occupied himself accompanying Hutchinson around London, looking for Astrakhan man - other people would help out with that.
Reasonably, questions were asked by Hutchinson all along, although the bulk of them would have been asked during his interrogation.
I have not at any stage implied that Abberline or anybody else within the police were fooled by Hutchinson - that would imply foul play on his behalf, and I have spent many years out here saying that Hutchinson probably spoke the truth.
So it would seem you have misunderstood me on all points possible to misunderstand. No prize is awarded for this, though, in spite of the valid effort.

And he was arrested for what, Batman? Resembling Hutchinsons description? Or for stealing a watch?
I am convinced that the police sought for Astrakhan man high and low after Hutchinsons appearance - initially as the potential Ripper, and then as a witness from the evening before the murder.
