Once Pierre has been scuttled for good then it appears we will have another "solution" to deal with from the Grampton gang. It would be great if we could have people bringing interesting new evidence forward of some kind to investigate, but Im kind of tired of the "solution" pretenders coming forward with empty hands and some kind of new story and suspect.
Maybe it would be good to first prove that some direct link of the five women in the Canonical Group, and that it leads to a single killer ...but that would end over 127 years of speculating, a favorite pastime of many, many Ripperologists.

I'd be more interested with the certitude of which victims were killed by JtR more than his own identity, since, you know, he's been dead for quite a while by now.Is it progress when a cannibal uses a fork?

The Ghost Train is one of my favourites - anything to do with old haunted stations.
I think to be fair Askey was meant to be awful in that, playing as he did an end of pier entertainer. He's better in The Love Match. But he isn't really my cup of tea, although he's very polished.
