Screams are loud, by definition. So is shouting 'Lipski'.

Interruptionists are evasive, also by definition.

Schwartz said that she screamed but not very loudly.

And here's me thinking it was BS who did the assaulting.

It turns out there was no BS man or Pipeman, but Israel Schwartz was right by the victim at 12:45, and Arbeter Fraint knew that was when the murder occurred.

Druitt drowned. What happened to Schwartz?

Don't worry - as long as lightning hits the baker's clock at precisely 1pm that Saturday afternoon … everything will be fine

I take it we're down the conspiracy rabbit-hole again?

In reality,a Jewish baker's shop closes early on a Friday after hectic trading, and does not open on a Saturday.

More likely.that it was actually Harris' tobacco shop where the clock was located, rather than a baker's shop. Perhaps a mis-hearing of 'baccy shop?

                  • More likely?

                    How many journalists wrote "'baccy"?

Which is more likely geographically, considering where he was coming from?

Pretty much leaves Eagle or Diemschutz.
He dragged her from the gateway onto the pavement. Does that preclude the possibility of him then getting exasperated, dragging her into the yard and cutting her throat? No it doesn't and it could be done in seconds.

Schwartz also seems to be explaining why no one heard these three screams, but then needing to put a gentile in the role of Stride's attacker, comes up with the 'Lipski!' bit.
This completely contradicts the reason for the screams not being heard.
Schwartz' story is a mess, and clearly fake.
That's a confident assertion. Schwartz spoke no English so what we have is a translation by someone whose first language wasn't English either. What word was translated as 'scream' I wonder - and how accurate was the translation?

Yes, more likely. Since two sources specify the shop was on the Commercial Road, I would say that that was the direction he was coming from.

                            Pretty specific.

So if someone believes that an interruption took place to account for the lack of mutilation they now have to account for every single anomaly in the case? Is that what you are implying?

In reality were they practising Jews? A lot of Jewish shop owners were not, and as I said shop clocks were unlikely to have been allowed to wind down. However, it's irrelevant, Mr Rogan has pointed out that the shop in question was a tobacconists, situated on the Eastern corner of Commercial Road, and Berner Street. Mr Harris Wm, John, and son, 84, and 86, Commercial Road.
