Hey, I asked him to put his theory forward and he came back with more dancing around. Not much more we can do really - if CDM cares to share, I'd be delighted to listen. Should he prefer to publish a book, I'll add it to my list of Ripper books I need to get around to buying, as extensive as that might be. Until then, I shall see what transpires, but I've no patience for this silly hinting and playing of games.

Everyone here has an opportunity to put forward whatever theories they like, however lala (and, let's face it, there's been a few ). But CdM isn't putting forward any theories. Instead, in a litany of abuse that's reading more and more like something put through babelfish, he's just hinting at things that suggest he's been reading just a bit too much Dan Brown.

Given all the nonsense that has gone on since the beginning of time in the world, nothing, but nothing, CdM caro, is going to turn England upside down.

If you want a contract for your theories, I strongly suggest you sit down and write them out, then send them along to a publisher in a position to issue contracts. There is no contract or copyright on ideas, so please spit them out if you plan to. I don't care if you're going to say that all monarchs are required to gut a few women in order to be accepted by the Church of England, or that God requires that, for every genius born, a chimeric murder victim must be found, or whatever other outlandish thing you have that you think will rock our worlds. Otherwise, I'm off to play with my replica Da Vinci Code codex that I ordered from the News of the World magazine.

Since I (clumsily) started to post on these boards, I have enjoyed it.
People are knowledgeable, helpful, and it's a pleasure to exchange views here.
Being so, the problem with Canucco is not about his (mysterious) theory, but rather about his tone and attitude.
I feel sorry for him, and I sincerely hope he doesn't behave the same in "real" life.

At last, some intelligent remark worthwhile answering.

McKenzie is indeed an appendix to the last chapter of the 'Whitechapel murders' saga.

The second appendix after the Mylett's one.

Let us say that killing so many women as there were without anyone being arrested and indicted, leaves undoubtedly among the population and the authorities the scent of some dirt on the affair.

And dirt there was a lot. Some on the streets, mountains at Scotland Yard.
Dirt that somehow had to be removed from the landing before the main entrance.

Mylett was killed to divert suspicion (at a time when the City police detectives were dangerously beginning understanding the case) and McKenzie to send a threatening 'political message'.
A 'political message' to be then completed with the 'confessions' of some young, fresh and beautiful adolescents.

Since I explain the what (aside from the how and the why) and I leave to others the pleasure of blattering about the who, McKenzie, even if indirectly related - as an appendix - would likely be left to boarders' constructive (I do not doubt it) discussion.

Coles is on another library. You debate about her if you want to lose time, aside from some interesting remarks, behaviours and conclusions by some police official at the time and her inclusion in the Whitechapel dossier.

In this affair the author Paul Begg has it right when he states that 'there was something behind those murders'.
He just can't imagine how much 'something'.
If he contacts me, I'll explain him.

The author Martin Fido could have been on the right track was it not his pursuance of the 'serial killer' that sent him in the mud.

The author Stewart Evans, while certainly being a talented 'factual man', is 1.000 miles away from the right path, completely lost in the fields.
The magnitude of his misunderstanding when compared with the extensive knowledge of the case and his high degree of intellectual capacity is bewildering.

I can and I am ready to prove anything I say even before 1000 people.
But not on these boards where some very courageous boarders resort to incredible and gratouitous verbal violence and take the opportunity of the distance to threaten about death (!!!!!) and insult even...family names!!! Amazing.

But sure they think that distance offer the best of the protection.

SUICIDE OF A POPLAR TRADESMAN.

A determined case of suicide occurred in Poplar on Monday morning. A marine store dealer, named Edward Buchan, aged 29 years, carrying on business at 42 Robinhood-lane, Poplar, cut his throat with a knife. It appears that shortly after ten o'clock a sister of the man heard a strange noise, and on entering the back shop saw Buchan in the act of cutting his throat. She raised an alarm and her father came to her assistance and attempted to take the knife from the man's hand, but failed, and cut his own hand badly in the attempt. Dr. Skelly was at once summoned, but Buchan died shortly after. He had nearly severed his head from his body. He had been strange in his manner for some time past. The body was subsequently removed to the mortuary, to await a coroner's inquest.
