You say that Liz was not seen soliciting. How exactly would anyone know whether she was soliciting or not? And again, you keep coming back to what took place in the beginning of the evening. Just because her evening started out as a date doesn't necessarily mean that it ended that way.

I don't know why the idea that Liz, like a lot of women, simply took pride in her appearance is so unfathomable.

Furthermore, she was in a competitive business. It is my experience that men prefer attractive women over those less fortunately blessed. As a typical shallow male, I myself fall into that category although after a few beers even the unattractive ones start to look...but I digress.
