Congratulations to Rob for receiving the Beadle Award!

It's well deserved for all his contributions to the field and for his generosity in sharing his photos and research with others.

      Cheers, Archaic

Suzi, isn't that Stuart Sutcliffe of the Beatles in your last photo set?

        Thanks, Archaic

PS: If it's not, and it's somebody still living, please send him my phone number.

Thank you Chris, Suzi, and Rob for the excellent photos.

(You know, it doesn't look as though there were all that many people at the conference. I bet a few more of us could have squeezed in. Drat.)

I have to agree with John Bennet. This was also my first Ripper conference and as I was photographing it, I spent most of my time behind the camera trying to capture as much as possible amongst so many great and entertaining people. I have wanted to come to a conference for so long but when they were in the UK, I was in the USA and then I moved to the UK, they were too far away or I was working. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for making this such a great experience for me. I think I have made some great friends. I will be working on the photos next week as I will have quite a bit of spare time after Friday when my redundancy comes into effect. I will be posting the disc on to Adam Wood and you should be able to get a copy from him. I hope you enjoy the photos. And thank you everyone for making my first conference a very memorable one.
