I don't think so. A genuine theory, contemplated and considered, no matter how flawed or faulty is worth a listen to, if for no other reason than to point out the errors. But when you toss out the theory in one day when the flaw is revealed and suddenly have a brand new one all ready to go, why should anyone take you or your theories seriously? They appear to be something you change like underwear.
