Yes, no question about it. Do I think he says a number of things that makes you scratch your head and say What? Again, yes no question about it. Is he a "broken down, babbling clown" No, I don't think so. I would point you to his State of the Union speech given back in February. Speaking for over an hour before Congress and millions of people watching on TV. Did he drool on himself or lose his train of thought or stare out into space? No. I though he did a very good job and was very forceful in his delivery. The problem is that the Right hates Biden so much that even if he starts a speech by saying Good Morning and it is a few minutes after noon they will say see, see he doesn't even know what time it is.

Now will I vote for him again if he decides to run again? No, I don't think he has been a particularly effective President and his age is definitely an issue. Would I vote for his Republican challenger whoever it might be? Definitely not. I would rather cut off my arm and vote for Satan himself before I voted Republican.

    Just my view.

Well I guess we disagree on that one .

I rather like to think the president should always puts his country and the American people first and foremost.

I'd vote for the man that runs on that as his creed, i couldn't care less whether he is a republican or Democrat.

Well, Arnold Schwarzenegger is a Republican. I think there would be no need for severed limbs here....

Edit: I routinely say "Good morning" on conference calls, no matter what time of day it is. when someone wants to be a smart-arse and point out it is afternoon/evening, I respond with "It is never too late to say good morning".

Yes of course the process of obtaining the presidency after the election .

It's the fact he can't string two sentences together most days, ,falls over himself on other days ,looked dazed and confused at press conference, needs to be prodded for a response, etc etc

He is a broken down ,babbling clown trying to impersonate the President of the United States.

Just my opinion of course .

And just for the record this observation has nothing to do with Donald Trump

I see what everyone else sees and call it for what it is . That's it.

“Can someone explain to me me how a clown of this stature is the leading contender to become presidential candidate in one of the two major parties? I don't get it.”

Because he’s a film flam man and talks the same way the morons that support him.
Trump and Johnson tapped into that under used resource of the thicko who don’t think past the headline and believe any nonsense preached to them.

    More Highlight from this "interview":

Trump: “Top of the line. Top line. They’re all top of the line. Are our guys not top of the line? Never was. These are top of the line people at the top of their game. President Xi is a brilliant man. If you went all over Hollywood to look for somebody to play the role of President Xi, you couldn’t find, there’s nobody like that. The look, the brain, the whole thing. We had a great relationship. You know, when he first came to Mar-a-Lago, It was so organized by them and by us, but by them very pom, pom, pom. Everything’s like business. No games, you know. They don’t say, Gee, how did the Yankees do last night? Oh, that was a wonderful. They don’t care. They don’t care about anything. I said, You ever go to a Broadway play? I’ll take you to one. Do you ever have plays like do you ever go.. No, I don’t know. He’s all this is business. These aren’t game players, right? I like it, you know, in a way, I like it. You have no life. But that’s what he likes.”

    Carlson: “Yeah.” ()

Trump: “Top of the line. Smart. Top of the line. When they came in, it was supposed to be a meeting that lasted exactly 15 minutes. . So we go to breakout sessions with all they had. Like 40 people. We had 40 people, you know, the comparables. Right? And we’re sitting across the table from each other in the ballroom of Mar a Lago. It was an amazing scene, but our meeting was supposed to take 15 minutes. It took 4 hours. We got along so well. People ask how smart is Kim Jong Un? Kim Jong Un is smart too. You know, when you come out and as a young man at 24, 23, even though he sort of inherits it, most people when they inherit, they lose it. And that’s easy stuff. He took over a country, a very smart people, very, very energetic people, very tough people at a very young age. And he has total dominate control. That’s not easy. These are these are very smart. Putin, very smart. Now, he’s had in and probably a bad year. If he took over all of Ukraine and what are we going to do because Biden is so committed to Ukraine. What happens if it’s a not winnable war? You know, there are people that say Ukraine cannot win. You can’t beat Russia. Russia right now, I’m not saying anything out of school. I read it in one of our newspapers. So, you know, it’s probably fake news, but maybe not. I don’t think it is. Russia right now is making massive amounts of ammunition. Sounds simple, right? But they’re making massive beyond anything they’ve ever made before. We don’t have any ammunition. We’ve given it to Ukraine. We’re not we’re not prepared to fight. I rebuilt our military, new planes, new tanks, new everything. They’ve taken, the military that I’ve rebuilt, and they’ve given it all to Ukraine. I mean, massive amounts.

he also offers a leftfield analysis on the world's most pressing dangers:

Former US President Donald Trump says "nuclear warming" is the greatest problem facing the world, surpassing even the issue of global warming.

"Nobody talks about nuclear...the biggest problem we have in the whole world. It's not global warming, it's nuclear warming," Trump told Fox News host Tucker Carlson in an interview that aired Tuesday night.

"And all it takes is one madman...and it's only a matter of seconds. You don't have to wait 200 to 300 years for it to happen," he said.

He may have said that initially under oath (I'm not looking it up becasue it is immaterial to what he did next). On Aug 20th, 2018, he changed his plea to guilty stating:

Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s former lawyer, made the extraordinary admission in court on Tuesday that Mr. Trump had directed him to arrange payments to two women during the 2016 campaign to keep them from speaking publicly about affairs they said they had with Mr. Trump.

Mr. Cohen acknowledged the illegal payments while pleading guilty to breaking campaign finance laws and other charges, a litany of crimes that revealed both his shadowy involvement in Mr. Trump’s circle and his own corrupt business dealings.

Mr. Cohen made the admission as he pleaded guilty to tax evasion, bank fraud and campaign finance violations in federal court in Manhattan.

I've read that what makes the charges felonies is because they may well have been intended to cover up some other, larger, crime. In this case, saying that his repayment to Cohen for making the "hush money" payment was "legal exprnses" is incorrect and covers up something that could have affected his chances of getting election.

Observers are divided on the D.A.'s move: some say it strengthens the case, some disagree.

There have been others, routinely and successfully prosecuted. They cheated, they were caught, they were prosecuted, they took their lumps.

The only thing making it a 'show trial' is DJT. He wants to be seen as a victim and a martyr and wants a different set of rules for him.

Since the Grand Jury found reasonable evidence to put him on trial, I can't see how it can be argued that this is a political 'hit.'

I don't think it was a "political hit" at all. I am of the opinion that all crimes, should be prosecuted equally and fairly. The minor burglar and the murderer should both be prosecuted with the same degree of zeal, if not the same sentencing, of course. But I do have a problem with this for the same reason that I have problems with the Bill Clinton thing. Paying someone to be quiet, about an embarrassing affair, or lying about having one, is NOT how I want to see a Person put on trial. It's a travesty in my opinion that the personal, private, NONE OF MY ******* BUSINESS, issues are about the only things that people are willing to go after a Person of Power for. It annoys me that they ignore the serious, actual harm and crimes they do, because of course, everyone's doing it, and pursue merely the salacious. Never mind that everyone knew Trump was a crook and fleecing people for 20 years before he ever ran for president, if it doesn't involve a porn star or an Oval Office cigar, everything can be swept under the rug. We concentrate on the scandalous and forget that none of this **** is our business and we pay no attention to the SERIOUS crimes that screw over democracy, the economy and every single one of us. It's Benghazi and Bullshit, all the time. We're so distracted by the spectacle, nobody cares. And I'm done caring, and trying to explain to idiots how they're being screwed over, over and over again. So I'm going to sit down and enjoy the Show of this show trial. Bread and Circuses, or something like that, right? But I know every minute, that yes, this IS a show trial, meant to distract and I'm tired enough of the horseshit to be distracted. It's not real. It doesn't matter. It's puppetry. And he'll go to jail for something ridiculous and give his supporters room to say "This was BS", or he'll get acquitted and he'll give his opponents something to be aghast about and it'll all be a grand ol' time come Voting Day and no one's going to actually pay attention to the fact that everyone running and all your options are just different kind of tragedies. So bring on the clown show, I am done with dramadies. He should go to jail, yes he should. But he should go to jail for something real. Something lasting. Something that condemns him for the corrupt piece of coprolite that he is. I want his sentence to be a condemnation of something that makes a statement. I don't want that statement to be "A Man we all know is piece of perverted ****, paid a porn star to be quiet about it, and he went to jail." Who cares? I want the statement to be "He's a traitorous piece of **** and you all knew who he was when you elected him and shame on you, for being that dumb. And still being that dumb." He didn't hide anything, this wasn't a betrayal. Everyone knew what he was, the ones who elected him to do exactly what he did just think it's worth whatever price we pay in morality, to stick up a middle finger to the "libs". He's on tape bragging about sexually assaulting women, and he was elected President of the United States. Nobody cared. "So he's a rapist, at least he's not a Woman". That's what they voted for that day. Half of this country doesn't think being a proud sexual assaulter disqualifies you from Leadership. I am done with this country, I'm ready for it to burn. I plan to make s'mores.
