    What a doofus!

I'd go out on the lash with my pals and leave him locked out.

He'd soon be begging for a key!

      Hello Ms. Diddles,

I kind of had a feeling you might have an opinion on this.

If I were the wife I would put the key somewhere would he would always have it with him if you get my drift.

          Sounds entirely reasonable, c.d.

Personally, I gave my partner a key to my flat quite early on in the relationship.

I mean, who is going to do the chores, cook the dinner and cater to the cats every whim while I'm out kicking up my heels?

I'm a supporter of traditional households and even I think this is stupid. What is his purpose for such nonsense?

What does it involve, being a 'supporter' of traditional households?

Do you help to finance families who have 2.4 children and a cat?

If so, can you lend me a fiver until Tuesday?

                Love,

                Caz

Haha! I'm a Christian, so I just believe in the traditional model for the family and intend to live my own life that way. I do advocate helping mothers in crisis pregnancies with Save Haven Baby Boxes and financial, emotional, and spiritual support, though.

Ah. The traditional Christian model for the family. You support that. Really? So if your husband dies, you'll let his brother knock you up to continue his brother's family line? Really? You're okay with your husband selling your kids into slavery, but I presume only if he fetches a good price for them? You're good with your husband having multiple wives? Really?

I'm kind of shocked honestly, but to each their own. I'm pretty open minded but even I'd draw the line at my husband getting to have multiple wives and me not getting to get get my freak on with multiple husbands. Hardly seems fair.

                      Too right!

What's good for the goose and all that!

Would you want multiple husbands though, Ally?

Twenty years ago I would probably have answered in the affirmative.

Now I'd likely rather have a nice scone!

And don't forget, if you have one of those annoying kids who is stubborn and rebellious you get to stone his butt to death and it is all legal. None of that ADD treatment crap they have nowadays.

What if the second husband can MAKE the good scone? I mean in my utopia the multiple husbands have all the skill sets the original husband lacks. I'd keep them out in the shed and only bring them out when I need them like all the other useful tools.

                            Now you're talking!!!

As long as they appreciate that their role is limited to making the scones, and not sharing the scones, that could work.

I suppose it could be written into the wedding vows to ensure no misunderstandings.

This is outrageous. Can none of you manage to muster up even a little bit of respect for someone who believes differently than you? Everything you've said is nonsense and proves that you don't have any understanding of the Bible at all, but I never came to this site to debate religion anyway. I came to this site to engage in discussion about criminology, forensics, and the Ripper. I was asked a question and I answered it honestly, only mentioning that I was a Christian in passing. I did not make a case for Christianity nor did I preach to or try to convert anyone and yet, all three of you proceeded to attack my beliefs, call my holy text into question, and act like I was some awful human being who engaged in barbarism. I don't appreciate that at all and it disappoints me greatly that you all seemed fine with me and my thoughts and opinions before this. I am new to this site and you don't even know me. Whatever happened to agreeing to disagree without the use of ignorant insults? Or does that only apply to non-Christians? All of the above posts regarding my faith have been reported to the admins for unnecessary rudeness and hate. I forgive you, though.
