So my gut feeling is that Teachers should have a mandate to be vaccinated so schools can remain open in a safer way. Teachers spend all day with small children, many of whom are not yet able to get a vaccine and therefore are more likely ro get infected themselves and take the infections baxk to their families. If all school staff were vaccinated, there would be a smaller chance of infections spreading at schools. Also , teachers themselves would be less likely to become ill and having to take days off work because they are in bed with the flu. So the vaccine is needed to keep schools open and to keep them open more safely (and the following part now is important) IM THE MIDDLE OF THE WORST PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS IN A CENTURY.

In fact, I believe the entire NCR recommendations (https://nrckids.org/cfoc/database/7.2.0.3) should be mandated.

Now if you think that this is nor reasonable, then you can provide me with some thoughts or data but this better not include anything about socialism.

I think that most people who do not wish to be vaccinated are not crazy conspiracy theorists they just feel the vaccine does not work. So, why get a shot that does not prevent the spread of the virus. Does not prevent illness even death from the virus and a booster is required every three months. Remember the virus has a 99% survival rate for most people. If the vaccine prevented the spread of the virus more people would get the jab. It should be mentioned that the vaccine does have side effects and has proven deadly for some. So, like I posted before I do not have the answers but treating honest people with legitimate concerns like garbage is not the answer.

When someone goes to see a Doctor and the Doctor gives them a diagnosis and suggests treatment how many of them say “no. I’m afraid that I disagree with you on that so I’ll completely ignore your advice?” How many people, on an a potentially life threatening thing like this, would refuse a vaccine because they think that it might be ineffective despite what experts tell us? They have nothing to lose so why not just have it?

Why is it that people with zero medical or scientific knowledge feel qualified to tell the worlds experts that they are wrong? This is clearly a case of people listening to silly conspiracy theories on the net (with a few people who are just scared of needles thrown in)

you guys went into severe lockdowns that no other countries did AFAIK. there were months and months of lockdowns, expecially while there was no vaccine available and then there was a slow vaccine roll-out. So the low number of death has been achieved by VERY drastic means. Well i gave you the facts on the subject, it is what it is . What you do with that information and how you process it is up to you .

No, you gave edited versions of the facts. For example you left out that the vaccinated patients who died many had underlying health conditions that made them immunocomprised. I mean, kind of a key detail to live out of your biased account.

The vast majority of people who are vaccinated and not immunocompromised, aren't sucking up hospital resources, it's the unvaccinated and those who unfortunately have alternate conditions that selfish shits like the unvaccinated contribute to by refusing to do their part to stop the spread.

You also leave out the toll it takes on the medical industry who has to put up with the stupidity of selfish shits who think they know better than medical science because Jesus or Facebook told them so.
