    The cheek!
    This idea should be panned.

(Guys, it's took a fortnight and that's really the best I can come up with.)

As a Yank, it is embarrassing that you Brits came up with the idea and that we are bringing up the rear. We are definitely behind on this one.

but a dream within a dream?"

quite tallies with the descriptions I got of him."

A large number of ailments particular to "1st world countries", from sexual dysfunction, hemorrhoids, irritable bowels syndrom aka recurring diverticulitis to Crohn's disease to name but a few are attributable to the lifelong use of sitting toilets, which have traditionally not been used in developing countries.

So we should welcome this initiative as it will keep us more happy and healthy and saves tons of money in the health sector.

Do you know the reason why almost everyone in the US, England, Australia and Canada above the age of 80 will get diverticulosis?

Maybe, but where am I going to read Auto Trader now?
That said, red circles on knees is a first world toilet problem too.
