To depart from movies to real life for a moment if I may, Ted Bundy's last words as he sat in the electric chair were, "Jim... Fred... I'd like you to give my love to my family and friends."

I wonder what Osama Bin Laden's were.

(My speculation- in Arabic, "No, don't!" while reaching for his wife as she rushed at the soldiers.)

In the BBC's "I Claudius," the Emperor Tiberius begins to recover from his illness and says "I could just fancy a bowl of soup," whereupon Caligula, who's been impatiently waiting for him to die, smothers him with a pillow.

Roy Batty's final words to Decker ( Bladerunner)

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.
I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate.
All those moments will be lost in time, like tears... in rain.
        Time to die."

Robert Donat's final role was the mandarin Yang Cheng in The Inn of the Sixth Happiness (1958). His last spoken words in this film were prophetic, "We shall not see each other again. I think. Farewell."
He was seriously ill at the time and the crew were in tears at that scene and he died a few days after film was wrapped
We're standing alone inside the night
          listen the wind is calling
to the dangerzone beyond the light
          and suddenly we are falling
But there ain't no stopping us now
I don't know if I'll be back tonight
It's just a machine inside of my head
and now all the wheels are turning
I'll think of the words we never said
and deep in my heart it's burning
But there is no stopping it now
          we're gonna make it somehow
          you wait tonight
and we're waiting for the light
Into the fire we will run
into the sound of distant drums
when you're walking alone in a dream
          on a highway to nowhere
          nowhere tonight
