Life's good, working too hard again but it is good.

The blues couldn't win a chook raffle let alone a football game but at least my Rugby League team is doing well.

My son lived in Adelaide while he was at Uni and supports Port so at least he is happy.

Not sure where you are at but Nick Kyrgios looked pretty good from ranking of about 900 to top 70 in 18 months.

as far as Nick Kyrgios goes.. WOW I watched the Nadal match, he is impressive and still what 19 or 20 years old.. you got yourself another future champ I think.. I wanna see him on hard court though, I have a feeling he will be even better, hope he comes to NY and plays in the US open.

That’s right, the boys did play like themselves this week.... and I got to watch every sad minute of it... on the plus side, my expectations’ were not very high

one week till the baseball all-star game--- that should be fun (well not the game itself.. thats usually pretty boring.. but the day before stuff is fun)

then in about 1 month American football starts, does the NFL get any attention down under?

Usually only Superbowl, and some pay TV. It's played here in a small comp, I had a go at one stage could be a good game without all the padding and stop start.

A couple of Aussie Rules and League players have played NFL in USA.

Ok Gut.... got my DVR all set to record the State of Origin... so I will be giving your sport a chance, I am actually looking quite foward to it hope it's a good game...you will have to let me know how it is in comparrison to other games... I would hate for it to be a not so good match on my first viewing, but I wont judge it by 1 if it is

Wasn't a bad match but a bt of a blow out at the end, NSW had already won the series, first time in 8 years, so I really didn't expect a great match.

No. 3 for Queensland Greg Inglis has been invited to try out as a running back for a NFL team, but doesn't want to leave Australia, he plays for a team financed br Actor Russel Crowe. Remember also that a lot of players playing against each other will be on the same club side at the weekend.

HAHA, tell me about it... How Brisbane has won 4 games this season is beyond me.....but all in all, I have had a blast watching..

I watched the Rugby... and must admit I rather enjoyed it.. was a bit confused as, well not something I usually watch, so didn’t understand all of what was happening, but I can see myself becoming a fan of the game
