    Washington Irving:

"To a homeless man, who has no spot on this wide world which he can truly call his own, there is a momentary feeling of something like independence and territorial consequence, when, after a weary day's travel, he kicks off his boots, thrusts his feet into slippers, and stretches himself before an inn fire. Let the world without go as it may; let kingdoms rise and fall, so long as he has the wherewithal to pay his bills, he is, for the time being, the very monarch of all he surveys. The arm chair in his throne; the poker his sceptre, and the little parlour of some twelve feet square, his undisputed empire. "

        Corey,

That means, as of this time, 6 out 8 people believe more than 1 killer.
        Thats 75%

        (I voted for 3)

        best wishes

          Yep,

But those two who voted for Two killers mean they believe it is a serial murder spree for two in five equals three and two or four and one.

          so I would say 50-50

            Corey,

            Im sorry

Good grief! Talk about misinterpretation of facts!

6 out of 8 people say NOT a serial killer. PERIOD!

            See you on the threads...

              Phil,

I think you are misinterpreting the facts.

the option two killers ment that at least three of the five were done by one man.

Given light to that it is half of us that believe at least three murders to be the work of a serial killer PERIOD.

Unless the definition of a serial murderer, three or more murders in a span of weeks, is no longer fit enough.

                Hi, Corey.

                I voted "Serial Killer".

I had thought that choice was no longer fashionable, but I'm pleased to see that it's neck-and-neck with the "3 Killers" theory.

I hope you are prepared for a photo-finish.

                  Hey Arch,

Seems you have been sticking around my poll threads laitly.

thanks for your view, yes I also fear the idea of a serial killer is lost, but, as the poll shows, there are still the ones who fight for it.

Great minds think alike dont they Arch?

                  again thanks.

                    Which means 4 with Tabram.
Sorry I didnt include Martha in my vote. I thought we were only considering the C5.

If we are adding Martha, the torsos, the later murders then I'd have to go for more than 3.

Happy New Year everyone. May 'Twenty Ten' be a great year for all xxx

                        what's going on theses days...?
Peter Turnbull should write another novel.
He would sell at least 4 copies.
