Carol. my 'Gang Of 4' is close to becoming a 'Gang Of 5'... that little stray kitty is wearing Violet down. She came a little ways in the front door this morning to eat breakfast out of Violet's bowl. It will be easier to just adopt her, as they're so identical I'm having trouble telling them apart. I'm calling her 'Nemo', it's short for 'Nemesis'.

OK, well since you already apparently have a cat called Violet, why not call this very similar new arrival Ultraviolet?

Ooh, that's good... She is the identical twin of my tabby cat, which makes for a lot of comedy around here. I'm having to always double-check that I'm letting the right cat in! Today I decided it was easier to just let the other one in too. (Hence the 10-second cat-fight that just occurred in my closet under the stairs...I thought we were having an earthquake.)

I could call her "U.V." for short. That's nicer than "Evil Anti-Violet".

When my niece (a chip off the old block of moi) was 9 she got a kitten, and as she loved my Talking Heads music wanted to name her new cat "Psycho-Killer"...

My big sister said No, using the lame excuse that she couldn't go the door every evening and yell, "Psycho-Killer!! Come in!"
