2. When he was in Casebook he gave BOTH opinions, he was ambivalent, it really depended on what it was convenient for him, completely irresponsible.

Yes, he contacted Peter by e-mail and invited us to Spain to discuss an investigation regarding the watch. Peter was interested, thinking it would be an un-bias investigation but when we got there, Dangar had changed his mind. Dangar thought more money would be made if Peter could find coincidences or anything which could tie up the watch to the diary. Peter said no. An investigation has to be honest, where the chips may lie and UN-BIAS. So we walked away from it and told Stewart Evans what had happened there.

After we had turned down the dishonest offer, Dangar invited a detective by the name of Allan Grey for the same thing. Allan Grey is an honorable man with integrity, an ex-policeman and he also turned down the dishonest offer too.

Peter still has the e-mails where Dangar invited us to Gerona, Spain, if its any help to you.

Yes, we know why. He told us that he wanted to help Shirley Harris and also make money by publishing a book about the watch which would prop up the diary, a sort of linking the watch with the diary. We said no. Allan Grey said no. And Stewart Evans knows all about this.

So far, they have taken some tiles of his roof, the first lot of fans, took bits of his fire-place and every summer he doesnīt have any privacy with his family because people from abroad keep peeping through his windows, in the end, he had to change the name of his house !

I was asked not to divulge the location of Robert Plantīs house for obvious reasons. I understand this, so I will keep the information without announcing it to the world. Anything you want to ask him do it at his Londonīs office address.
