They will have more details about the arrest at a press conference on Monday, my news broadcast said. I am glad to see they kept working this terrible case and seem to have had results.
I know they did not mention a name in the brief report I heard yesterday. I believe they said it wasn't anyone who'd been mentioned in connection with the case previously.
A local television station on Saturday published a picture that it says depicts a man currently behind bars in connection with Indiana's Delphi Murders.

Heard on the news that suspect and arrestee Richard Matthew Allen Is 50 y/o and had worked at the local CVS (a chain drugstore) as a photo developer. He used to develop film rolls free for the two victims' families.
That's all the news report said. Definitely not a stranger passing through town. I think it's even worse knowing he was at least acquainted with the young girls.
It's incredible that such a notorious criminal can function within such a small community for five years without arrest. I am sure that the Delphi police have been watching and gathering evidence on this guy for some time. The trial cannot come soon enough.

Delphi Police have requested that all legal documents concerning this investigation remained sealed; Apparently, the case is still open and the Police do not want to jeopardize it's status. It could be a long time before any information is forthcoming.
Richard Allen, the man charged in the 2017 killings of two teenage girls in Delphi, Indiana, confessed to the crime during a phone call with his wife while in custody, a newly unsealed court document alleges.
The suspect in these two girls' murders has apparently admitted he did them, and newly unsealed documents reveal he even told his wife about his actions.
Nice to see this case solved, the perpetrator can face justice and the families can try to move on, at the very least knowing that this man can't kill again.
Lawyers representing Richard Allen are claiming that Odinist's ( Odinism is a Norse pagan religion with some association to right wing politics ) committed the murders, and not their client. Investigating officers claim clear evidence of ritual activity was present at crime scene. The ritualistic element seems to consist of the particular placement of branches placed upon the victims, and the presence of what has been interpreted as a Nordic rune resembling a modern letter F left at the site.

Hi Scorpio,
Thanks for keeping a tab on this case.
Nordic ritual defense?? Maybe, I guess the fullness time will help explain what exactly occured and why, but as it stands he's bang to rights. Odsnist defence? Effin' behave, he can pass the buck all he wants, he killed them. Being guilty and finding an excuse for being guilty are different things. We'll see I guess.
