No one-family member or intruder-would have had the presence of mind, the mental concentration, to sit down in the house and write this out with the body lying there in the basement.
I see no reason NOT to read the book and judge for yourself. I mean, we all are intrigued by mysteries obviously, so why not.
PS: I'm not Douglas' publicist or anything...I swear.

One of the movies that made me doubt my feelings about Jon Benets parents or brother being involved was " A Cry In The Dark" yes the movie about the dingo that carried away a baby, the movie brings up alot on public opinon and the press and the way an unlikeable person could be innocent and still seem guilty ..

Not a good reason to doubt. Lindy Chamberlain had her conviction overturned on some very flimsy and dodgy evidence. Having worked with dingos for a considerable time, IMHO the whole dingo story was utter nonsense.
Little doubt in my mind that Patsy Ramsey dun it. Douglas, as others have said, is, as a person employed by the Ramseys, has little credibility.

all 3 Ramseys to be considered as suspects?!

If I remember correctly, Douglas was on the payroll of the Ramseys so guess what. I believe he was also the guy who couldn't pick Ridgway as the Green River Killer even after authorities had followed him to his house.
Well said! There was also the other payed-by-the-Ramseys detective, Lou Smith, who brought forward the ludicrous so-called “evidence“ of a stun gun on the body (implying the existence of an intruder, yeah right).
Has anyone here ever wondered about Burke, the son, as a suspect? One year before her murder he had striken JonBenet with a golf club hard enough for Patsie to take her to a cosmetic surgeon. (Well, that's Patsy and her over the top dramatics as usual.) And John Ramsey was majorly preoccupied with his golf clubs on the day when the body was discovered. Allegedly (according to more than one witnesses) Patsie's sister came over and collected the golf clubs among other items, and off they went to Atlanta. (Did John Ramsey plan to fit a little game of golf between the funeral and the CNN interview?)
According to the circumstantial evidence EVERYONE in that family (but the stepbrother/stepsister) could be considered as a suspect, albeit with different motives. Mother: Munchausen's by proxy/fit of rage. Father: “light“ sexual abuse and suffocation games gone too far (as in “sophisticated“ incestual abuse – just imagine how sick is that!). Neglected brother: sibling rivalry or prepubuscent sexual abuse. Who knows what the hell was going on inside that house, but it can't get creepier... (Just thinking about it, I'm so thankful I grew up in an economically modest household!)
And a dumb question: Does anyone know anything definite about that woman from California, Nancy something or other, who came forward to accuse Fleet White, Fleet White's father, John Ramsey, and her own grandmother of participating in alleged pedophile abuse of herself during her childhood? I assume that it turned out that this witness was a fake? She was watched over by her therapist (named Mary Bienkowski) and by an attorney named Lee Hill, who later represented John Ramsey during a lawsuit by some photographer. Real weirdness here...

What I think is creepy is to see John Ramsey dating Polly Klaas' mother. Weird.
It was not Poly Klaas's mother, it was the mother of the coed who disappeared in Aruba, Natalie Holloway or something. Seing them together is a bit creepy, but not surprising under the circumstances. It could mean that he didn't kill his daughter after all, or that he didn't INTEND to kill her. But who can say for sure?

So, who do you think is the one who most probably did it, mother, son, or father? I would go probably with the mother, but the son and the father look very unhealthy to me as well. This is a hell of a complicated case. Poor girl!Best regards,

So you are adhering to the “bed wetting reaction gone bad“ theory, also expressed by Colorado detective Stephen Thomas? In my opinion, it might have been more complicated than that, since the medical examiner found evidence of “light“ chronic sexual abuse. Also, one year before her murder, Burke, the son, had striken JonBenet with a golf club hard enough for her mother to take her to a cosmetic surgeon. And John Ramsey was majorly preoccupied with his golf clubs on the day when the body was discovered. Allegedly (according to more than one witnesses) Patsie's sister came over and collected the golf clubs among other items, before their leaving for Atlanta.Best regards,
