Well, suspect-based Ripperology is not necessarily an evil thing. It depends on the suspect in question.
As it happens, I'm currently researching criminal records in Paris for the possibility that Charles Le Grand or his partner (Amélie Demay) ever got arrested here.
    Best regards,
    Maria

      Hello Stephen,

Whilst it may be a private joke, I hope it isn't meant as a mickey-take of Ripperology. That would devalue the book in my eyes. Surrealism is fine, but where does that leave the rest of the book?
I suppose only Mark himself can answer your suspicions.

      best wishes
