While speculation and theorizing is a part of any JtR theory, in this case, we have taken into consideration that Steve Parks has never chosen to become involved in the Jack the Ripper case and further speculation as to his involvement, his past and his history will not be allowed.

If a book is ever published with facts and supporting evidence to validate this theory we will allow further discussion, but until that time, we believe the personal nature of the aspersions against him have gone too far.
