Frank Leaving the Keys and Bloody Clothes as Insurance

This only came to me today.

The "Danish Farmhand" Frank who is the Number 1 suspect in the murder of Carrie Brown pulled an ingenious move when he returned to the home of his employer and left the key to the murder room and his bloody clothes there to be found by a maid. The move provided insurance for him against the man who hired him, if he ever got caught.

I was never too keen on professionalism so I didn't think of what a hired assassin would do and I never thought about the legalities of getting caught in the situation. Professionalism in crime and legalism were never my forte so I was slow on the uptake. But better late than never.
