Every one of the murder sites were risky, with the exception of maybe Kelly's private residence, which even so, was risky. Anyone could drop by really, she was a working girl. But it was a bit more private.

I've been wondering if maybe that's the whole clue to his behavior. Maybe he needed a tense situation. Maybe that was part of the motive. Almost getting caught.
