A role of beef is just muscle right, the human neck is mostly muscle except the windpipe itself, which is thin.
So what is the resistance to the blade that you assume requires considerable force?

Did a bit of kangaroo shooting in my younger days and have worked in an abattoir.

Wickerman knows what he is on about,as usual.

Trevor has no bloody idea,as usual.

      Please continue .....

How do you account for the cholesterol removal around Eddowes eyes?

There is no comparison between a cooked role of beef and a human neck. There are lots of tendons and cartilage in the neck as well as muscle. Cooking breaks down muscle fibre making it easier to cut.

We were looking at going professional with a mobile refrigeration unit and conducted a business plan.

This knife is similar to what I used at night when we did most of our shooting.
                5" handle,7" blade,Bowie knife for safety.
Smidge larger and thicker than the Liston knife Sutton probably used.
We cut their throats, etc (and hung them for a while).Similar to Eddowes.

Trevor,I have an IQ within the half percentile.

I do not stoop to having someone wearing purple gloves using a kitchen knife pretending to have extracted a non existent kidney.

Used to spend a fortnight a year lecturing at Australia's premier school where I was respected for my honesty.Actually offered a teaching position there.

Another intelligent, handsome Aussie in his seventies. There are not many of us perfect blokes left Dave.

                      Cheers, George

The human neck tastes more like pork.

That reminds me of The Cannibal Restaurant's Menu.

When asked why Hippy was so expensive the owner replied "Have you ever tried to clean a Hippy?"

I think this is what you are sarcastically referring to

For the benefit of you and others this was part of a controlled experiment in a mortuary performed by Dr Biggs a forensic pathologist

Part of the experiment was to prove or disprove the killer removing the organs from Eddowes. The experiment highlighted among others the following points

The killer would have had great difficulty in

                            1. Trying to locate, take hold of, and remove organs from a blood filled abdomen in almost total darkness
                            2. The degree of difficulty in working inside a blood filled abdomen with a long bladed knife

The results are in my opinion conclusive, the killer could not have removed the organs from Eddowes based on this controlled experiment and other additional factors in the time scale referred to.

                              Nope.

The three photos I refer to are different.

Where did Dr Biggie get his cadaver from?
