Not a bad attempt at comedy Yabs, quite good. In comparison to the usual fodder on display, it's pure genius

Actually, I thought it was very clever, Yabs, and it certainly made me chuckle quite violently before subsiding back to safe levels of smiling profusely.

Observer appears to have intolerably high bars set for his cracking-up point ...

I didn't vote because I can't shoehorn my theory into any of the selections. Two Diaries -- one old, the other recent.

The field should be renamed Barretology or Grahamology.
                  Happy New Year everybody.

Clearly the first human laws (way older and already established) spawned organized religion's morality - from which it's writers only copied/stole,ex. you cannot kill, rob, steal (forced,it started civil society).

A good point, well made sir!

I simply must overcome Commercialmas before venturing to wish Hogmanay happiness to all and sundry, but many thanks for inadvertently reminding me to get Mrs Iconoclast an anniversary gift for the 31st ...

No worries, Ike. I figure the 23 people worldwide who mistakenly believe Mudbrick was the Ripper will eventually find this poll, at which time you can withdraw your snarky comment about mob rule, and Caz can similarly withdraw her suggestion that the non-believers must all be akin to the supporters of a political movement she despises. Time Will Heal All.

after reading Lord orsams latest, I realized I never voted in this poll. Obviously the barrets hoaxed it-its as clear as the nose on your face.

Maybrick still has to be top of the suspect list… You certainly couldn’t claim it was anyone else with any sincerity until you had looked at him in detail
