If it's the "out of hand" dismissal that bothers you, yes, and I'm epistemically PROUD of that fact.
You see, if one tells me that evidence is found on a table, I'll have a look. But if I'm told it's on a ROUND-SQUARE table, forget it.

Hello Jeff. Thanks.
What fight? The shawl lads are in full retreat as the "science" dissolves before our eyes. In fact, one has been effectively gagged by his higher ups.
It's about time for serious researchers--like me--to get back to work. This rot has taken up too much of my valuable time anyway.

One of the most sensible posts on here. As the shawl was not at the murder scene it hardly matters what was or is on it now. Any DNA is irrelevant to the case.
