You said yourself that the documentary was five years old & now new evidence/information has come to light.

What we would all like to know is: Does that evidence place your suspect in Whitechapel at the time of the Ripper murders?

I have another question, as you know I have also researched Feigenbaum : did you check shipping records to see if he was in Nicaragua in 1888?

The new "evidence" related to my new freedom of information act request regarding the ledgers and not related to the murders or Feigenbaum.

I did not research him in relation to the Nicaragua murders simply because I am of the opinion having spoken to a researcher who lives in the country that the murders did not take place and the newspaper reports were confused with the actual Whitechapel murders.

There was a major fire which destroyed many archived records in that country

With regards to the Bremen Maritime archives I have no idea what if any other maritime records are missing there is a vast collection spanning decades housed in the archives.

Checking the specific ship records for the murder dates in question was an enquiry which had to be done, however even if the records had have been there it may not have helped, having regard to the fact that Feigenbaum was known to use aliases and therefore may not have been readily identifiable from the lists.

All we have is circumstantial evidence which as it stands would not in my opinion be strong enough to have taken him before a court.

Nevertheless he remains a very strong suspect based on what we do know and having regard to my belief that there was no singular killer may have been responsible for one or more of the murders.

As to those researchers who prop up their suspect theories based upon what modern day profilers have come up with. Feigenbaum is a clear example of how those can be totally misleading. A killer who does not reside in the murders districts but come in to kill and then goes out again !

Which particular researchers are you referring to when you say that they prop up their theories based on modern day profilers?
