    The BIG Poll

Ok I’ll apologise first… I’m sorry for yet another poll but I’ve been considering this one for ages and was put off doing it. It’s a suspect poll but I wanted to do it differently and make it The BIG one.

I’m going to allow everyone up to 7 suspects. You can post as few as you want to but no more than 7. Just post them in order of preference (which I realise can be difficult if some are close) so
    1. Mr X
    2. Mr Y
    3. Mr Z
    4. Etc
    5. Etc
    6. Etc
    7. Etc

    I’ll award points.
    1. 7 points
    2. 6 points
    3. 5 points
    4. 4 points
    5. 3 points
    6. 2 points
    7. 1 point
I’m not counting ‘as yet unnamed man’ as I’m only looking for ratings of the named suspects.

I’ll count up the votes on November 30th

Btw…this isn’t intended as a thread for debating suspects merit.

ps. I’m not going to make changes to but if someone later wants to add a suspect to the bottom of their previous list (maybe if they forget to mention them) I’ll add them.

      Excellent poll Herlock

It will take me a bit of time, as I have over 20!

      At a push I could manage a top 10

So 7 will be a tough one.

What could get to be tricky here is how to treat the various possibilities for Anderson's suspect. Is Herlock's #5 essentially the same thing as RD's #1? I think Cohen and Aaron Kosminski are each worthy of consideration as separate entries, but I like the idea of combining them, because it's hard for me to narrow it down to 7 names, and combining Cohen with Aaron in effect allows me to include an extra name.

Because of the various suggestions/theories ‘Anderson’s Suspect’ it has to be Lewis.

Ah...but the issue is, that I don't think Anderson's suspect was Aaron OR Cohen!

That might sound odd, but I have identified another man whom I have been researching on and off for a few months at least now (as per my thread on Forums)

Certain health issues had caused me to temporarily put a pause on everything, but I have recently endeavoured to get back into it.

So my "Kosminski" wasn't Aaron OR Cohen.

                Sorry to be awkward

Just to reiterate; my number 1 - Kosminski, refers to Anderson's suspect, but NOT AARON OR COHEN.

I don't believe Cohen or Aaron were Anderson's suspect.

                      Excellent list there Lewis.

It almost feels as though we need to ask Herlock if he could push it to a maximum of a top 10, rather than just 7.
