      That last line holds true for every suspect ever mentioned, many have tried to link their suspect to more than one victim. No-one has succeeded yet.

        Kelly was indeed found in a common "sleeping" position i.e. one leg slightly raised with the other straight and head tilted to the side. However, the blood splatters indicated that the body had been moved or "placed" after death occurred.
        The blood splatters seem to indicate she was led on her side on the right of the bed with her head and neck in the top right hand corner.

        Possibly indicating she was sleeping on the right of the bed, with her companion (and killer) next to her on the left side of the bed.
